Effective Teams
When teams work well together their output follows the metaphoric formula 2 + 2 = 5. Yet, often in organizations it is more like 2 + 2 = 3. In this workshop teams learn how to work productively together, to achieve a common purpose, making the most of their diverse abilities, backgrounds and values, collaborating instead of competing with each other.
Thinking System
Behaviour is generated by the system in which people operate. If you want to change behaviour, change the system. Using experiential learning activities like The Beer Game, this workshop is about seeing the larger context and learning how to "work on the system to improve it, with the help of those who work in the system".
Resilience
In the words of Sheryl Sandberg and Adam Grant, “we are not born with a fixed amount of resilience. It is a muscle that everyone can build”. In this workshop we discover practical strategies for developing our resilience. We also note the system dependencies and together we design workplace environments in which resilience is supported and sustained.
